Mindfulness at the Museum

About the Series

Mindfulness at the Museum is a series of guided meditation sessions facilitated by skilled holistic practitioners designed to teach participants how to become in tune with the present. Mindfulness meditation can help reduce stress, foster compassion, and improve memory. Each encounter is unique from the last, drawing synthesis between the mind and body, leaving participants equipped with knowledge on how to lead a balanced life.

We are pausing Mindfulness at the Museum for the Spring 2021 exhibition cycle. We are grateful to our instructors who have shared their talents over the past few years to cultivate spaces for renewal and foster meaningful exchanges with others. For those of you who have been avid supporters of the program, we encourage you to visit the resources listed below as we embark upon this respite. We look forward to seeing you in the fall when the program will resume.
