All catalog orders shipped UPS. For individual catalog orders, please add $4.25 for shipping/handling, and 10% of total for 2 or more catalogs. Shipping/handling for orders totaling $100 or more will be determined by UPS rates. Foreign orders determined by US postal rates. Handling, packing, insurance and shipping charges for editions are additional.
