Jeffrey Bussmann

Jeffrey Bussmann is the Associate Director of Development for Individual Gifts at ICA. Prior to joining the staff in 2010, he worked at the Fabric Workshop and Museum in Philadelphia. Additional previous experience includes teaching Latin at Project Forward Leap, Bryn Mawr, and the Wakefield School of the Plains, Virginia, and working as a translator for the Department of Patrimony, Science, Culture, and Tourism for the city government of Olinda in Brazil. He holds a degree in Art History and Classics from Skidmore College, and he attended the Arts Administration graduate program at Drexel University, where his thesis and research focused on early Brazilian video art from the 1970s. He co-founded and served as an editor of Title Magazine, an online publication dedicated to advancing critical dialogue about contemporary visual art in Philadelphia. He is also a co-founder and board member of Roma Club Philadelphia, a local supporters group for the team AS Roma.
