Becky Huff Hunter

Becky Huff Hunter joined ICA in 2013. She is a writer and researcher who has presented art historical papers at venues including the Courtauld Institute, London and the Harwood Museum of Art, Taos, New Mexico. Recent essays include “Social Specific Practice in Philadelphia” in Artists Reclaim the Commons: New Works/New Territories/New Publics (International Sculpture Center and University of Washington Press, 2013) and “Distributed Practice:” in This ‘Me’ of Mine: Self, Time, and Context in the Digital Age (exhibition catalogue, 2013). She is a contributing editor ofArt Papers and her art criticism has appeared in numerous publications including, Art in America, MAP, and Sculpture. Hunter is a graduate of Chelsea College of Art, London and the University of York, where she held an Arts and Humanities Research Council research award.
