Rachel Pastan

Rachel Pastan joined the ICA in 2009, working on grants, doing general editing, and conceiving and writing the behind-the-scenes blog Miranda. Also a fiction writer, Pastan is on the faculty of the Bennington Writing Seminars MFA program. She received her BA in English from Harvard College and her MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Iowa Writer’s Workshop, and she has published three novels, most recently Alena (Riverhead, 2014).
