ICA After Dark

About

The ICA Student Board presents ICA After Dark, a celebration of contemporary art for students at Penn and colleges throughout Philadelphia. Come illuminate the museum with your presence, as we celebrate our exhibitions with an iridescent theme reminiscent of Tony Conrad’s innovative work with photo emulsion!

Guests will be adorned with glow-in-the-dark accessories to kick-off the evening. Flex your artistic chops as you create artwork in the mold of Conrad.

The galleries will be open late with docents available to provide you and your friends with your own personal tour of the exhibitions.

Refreshments, music, live silk screening, risograph printing, and additional art related activities will take place to accentuate the festivities. Not only will you leave with memories of an incredible evening, but also a limited edition tote bag and poster.

*This event is free and open to all college students with a valid university ID.

Programming at ICA has been made possible in part by the Emily and Jerry Spiegel Fund to Support Contemporary Culture and Visual Arts and the Lise Spiegel Wilks and Jeffrey Wilks Family Foundation, and by Hilarie L. & Mitchell Morgan.
