Come explore a segment of Philadelphia’s art scene beyond the university campus! This fourth iteration of ICA’s annual student field trip consists of a visit to Philadelphia: Mural Arts that will include a walking tour, followed by a participatory workshop in which attendees will collaboratively contribute to a mural. This program is open to all Penn students – prior experience in the arts is not required.

Please note this tour is for Penn students only (undergraduate and graduate). A valid Penn ID will be required to attend.

SEPTA passes, food and coffee will be provided.

• 11:30AM-12:15PM: food and coffee served at ICA – We will leave promptly at 12:15PM
• 1PM-2PM: guided walking tour of Mural Mile in Center City
• 2PM-3:30PM: workshop at the Mural Arts painting studio (1223 Vine St.)

After the workshop, students can return to campus with ICA staff, or remain in Center City to explore.

Space is limited, so please sign up only if you know that you can attend. Should your schedule change, please cancel your ticket so that someone on the waitlist will be admitted. If space is unavailable, show up to ICA anyway, in case there are any last-minute drop outs!
