Natessa Amin

Natessa Amin is a first year MFA Candidate at the University of Pennsylvania. After receiving a BFA in Painting from Boston University, Natessa moved to Philadelphia in 2012 to co-found Fjord, an artist-run studio and gallery space. Natessa works between painting, sculpture, and video in order to create hybrid forms that reference autobiographical narratives. In addition to being a Graduate Lecturer at the ICA, Natessa is also a teaching assistant in the Undergraduate Fine Arts Department.
