ICA’s Open Video Call, is the newly relaunched platform for moving-image works by Delaware Valley-area artists. First launching in the late 1990’s with its most recent iteration in 2020, the program returns as a permanent, biannual initiative occurring twice per year. 

Open Video Call will officially relaunch with a featured program this September, with selected works remaining on view on ICA’s mezzanine through February 2027. Local artists at all stages of their careers are eligible for consideration.

Eligibility:  

• Open to artists 18 years and older who are currently living in the Delaware Valley 
• Individual artists and collectives may apply 
  
• Only single-channel video works will be considered.
• Any two-channel or multi-channel pieces must be condensed into a single-screen format
  
• Applicants may submit up to 2 works with a maximum runtime of 10 minutes each
  
• There is no cost to apply
