We’re thrilled by the response to this winter’s Free For All event, organized by Egina Manachova, ICA’s Spiegel-Wilks Curatorial Fellow with help from our Student Board. View more images and tag yourself on Facebook!

All of the members of the Penn Program in Environmental Humanities (PPEH) were very excited to be a part of the process and working alongside the ICA. Allison, one of the PPEH fellows who attended the event, was thrilled with the amazing response, “There was a really good turnout at the event. It was packed and everyone seemed to be having a good time. It brought in all types of Penn students and faculty as well as members of the Philly community.”

I missed the official opening last week, but this is more fun because there are terrariums. I like “The Incidental Insurgents” on the second floor because it depicts anarchy on a personal level. You usually think of anarchy as being something collective, a mob mentality, but this shows the individual’s experience. It’s beautiful.
