Elizabeth is the senior Visitor Services Coordinator at ICA. She leads the visitor services team and works to cultivate a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike.

Elizabeth has over eighteen years of professional experience at cultural institutions, including the Rosenbach Museum and Library and Cranbrook Art Museum. She is passionate about making cultural spaces accessible for everyone. She enjoys working with the public and mentoring the work-study students who comprise much of the visitor services team.

She received her MFA from Cranbrook Academy of Art, recently attended The Kennedy Center’s Leadership Exchange in Arts & Disabilities, American Alliance of Museums, and is getting her ADA Coordinator Training Certification Program. She is excited to implement her professional development to improve the guests’ experience at ICA.
